We refermented our special beer base on wine lees (indigenous yeast) from Klinec cellar in Medana for more than one year. Then sour cherrys where added to the barrels and another 6 months long fermentation started. The beer was then bottled in champaign bottles and matured for another 6 months. The end result is a sour cherry bomb! Kind of a Kromberger Kriek?
