Known for their amazing creations, we are thrilled to collaborate with Equilibrium from New York state – bringing you this Double Barrel-Aged monster! Together, we brewed a huge Imperial Stout, which we then aged in freshly emptied Bourbon Barrels to impart sweet oakiness and vanilla flavours. Then transferring the beer into Tawny Port casks to finish, which add fruity and nutty characteristics. We conditioned the stout on dark, sweet cherries, vanilla and cacao nibs to give the beer a black forest cake feel.
