A DIPA co-fermented with three yeast strains (CW house, Verdant house and JW Lees) and dry-hopped with Citra, Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin. It’s the first time we’ve riffed on a recipe from our celebrated ‘v series’ in four years. But the launch of our new collaborative project, The Mashup, felt like the perfect opportunity to bring back the highest-rated edition from that set. Dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin, it drips with soft peach and stone fruit, followed by a burst of fresh tangerine and grapefruit. The resinous, umami qualities of Allen weave throughout, balanced by a candied fruit sweetness that lingers into the finish.
